Remember that orders placed before 2:30PM PT, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM are processed overnight and shipped out the following business day.

If you are one of the 48 Continental United States, your product may qualify for Free Shipping. You will see the Free Shipping option in the shopping cart (if your item qualifies), and get your order in the next 5-7 business days. If you need your package faster, your shipping will be calculated in based on your package's weigth, chosen delivery method and your ship-to location. Yo can chose your preferred shipping method during the check-out process, and your shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart.
What if my items become backordered or the expected delivery time changes?
If your items become backordered, a helpful OutletDeal.com customer service representative will contact you by phone or email to let you know your new approximate delivery time. If your order can be partially fulfilled while some items are placed on backorder, we will also contact you via phone or email.
Can OutletDeal.com ship my order to a PO Box?
Sorry, but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to fraud issues.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. You can also visit the OutletDeal.com website to get the status of your order. Once on the site, just click on Track Order , and then enter your order number and email address.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard, free FedEx ground shipping takes 4 to 6 business days, depending on your location. For an additional charge, you may also choose from FedEx Overnight, 2nd-Day Air and 3rd-Day Air delivery.
Canceling and Returning Orders
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us before we process and ship your order, otherwise you will be charged 3.5% of your total order. If you notify of your cancellation after your order has already been processed and shipped, you will be charged the 3.5% service fee as well as an additional $10 to cover shipping and handling expenses.
How can I return my purchase?
Before you can return your purchase, you must contact the OutletDeal.com customer service department at sales@outletdeal.com in order to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You will then be provided with return address for your order.
Please note that returned products must be in the same condition as they were originally shipped. Additionally, we cannot take back opened software due to standard anti-piracy regulations.

We also accept money orders and cashier-checks for COD orders in the USA only. There is a $7.50 extra charge added to all COD orders. Depending on your order amount we may require a photocopy of your payment faxed to us in advance to (702) 926-3569. The amount of the cashier's check must be exactly the total cost of the order, including shipping, COD fee and sales tax, if applicable. All cashiers' checks are subject to bank verification prior to shipping.

PO's are accepted from credit-approved organizations for corporate, educational and government orders. Contact one of our account managers for qualification and application details. Banking, trade- references, federal-tax-ID and Dun-Bradstreet numbers may be required. Resellers are also required to submit state resale number when applicable. |

What is a COD?
This refers to Collect on Delivery. In the case of COD orders, OutletDeal.com sends your order and you pay upon receipt of the package from FedEx. A $7.50 service fee applies to all COD orders, and payment must be in the form of a cashier’s check.
