Saturday Delivery
Do you have an urgent package for the weekend? A small fee and FedEx will be in charge. First, call us (1-888-732-7516) during regular business hours and have your order placed.
Free Shipping
If you are one of the 48 Continental United States, you simply get your package by paying just “nothing”. You only select the Free Shipping choice in the checkout section, and get your order in the next 5-7 business days.
Cutoff Time
Remember that orders placed before 2:30PM PT, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped out the same day excluding ground orders. Orders placed after 2:30PM PT are processed overnight and shipped out the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
International Orders
Your order will be processed from the 48 Continental United States and also from Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
If you order from Puerto Rico, you can select the best choice on your shipping needs, either FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority. Also, enter your 6-digit postal code or your zip code as requested.
Tracking my order
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is placed and right after shipping your order.
Click “Track Order” on our website, and you can view your order information, if it has been processed or shipped out. If it has left our warehouse, you can get FedEx real time information about where your order is and estimated delivery time. You can track your order with just one click, no need for phone calls.
Fraud Prevention
There are three things that cannot be done when shipping your order:
1. We do not ship to P.O. boxes
2. We do not accept International Orders, except for Canada
3. When paying with credit card, we only ship to your credit card billing address and not to a different address
